how to go

121 TEAM (Individually)

This is for those occasions when the Circle Walking team is on the road without the company of another church or organization’s group:

Click on the Registration link below to register online. If under the age of 18, you will need to do this with your legal guardian present. You will receive an email confirmation including an attached PDF of the “To Bring Not To Bring” list. Be very careful to read this document.

How Much Does It Cost to Go?

$550 ––covers transportation––meals––lodging––background check––team staffing––tour expenses (**fast food stops in transit are not covered––there are an estimated 7-9 stops)

Can I sign up as an individual if 121 is partnered with another group?

Yes, you can! There will be an additional $50 charge to cover additional transportation cost. To avoid this, you may contact participating groups to travel with them (however, they may likely have an extra transportation fee to cover their own rental expenses.)

How Can I Raise Money To Pay The Registration Fee?

That is up to you. (We only ask that you keep it legal and ethical!)––joking aside…. You might consider a Facebook fundraiser (or other online social media platform). You may also send support letters (a sample home tour support letter is available upon request).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please inform donors that gifts given to you are not tax deductible (While 121 does receive tax deductible gifts on behalf of general home tour needs and uses, we no longer accept gifts designated to individual team members). If a gift comes to us, it will be placed in the general Home Tour Fund.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Exceptions to this can be made as the need arises and 121 administration is able to handle it. These options may be discussed in person with 121 leadership.

How Do I Pay My Registration Fee

By check made payable to 121Inc. (you may pay in cash in person at 121Inc. office)

GROUP REGISTRATION (i.e. church group––college group––youth group––etc….)

Have your students or team members register via the “individual registration link” below. From there, click on the Group Registration link to complete your groups registration. (Please remind your team members to hand their registration fees over to your team leadership and not directly to 121 Inc.)

How Much Does It Cost to Go?

$550* (per student for 2025/ legs)––covers meals––lodging––background checks––team staffing––tour expenses (**fast food stops in transit are not covered––there are an estimated 7-9 stops)

Transportation??? Because of potential geographical distances from the 121 office, we do not provide transportation for partnering groups:: groups are responsible to obtain their own transportation ––(We only ask that it be dependable––If your church bus or van is a bit rickety––too rickety to make an est. 1700 miles––we would suggest 15 passenger van rentals…. (plan on $2000 per van––we recommend Enterprise for dependable budget friendly needs –– 121 will cover all fuel costs of transit between Venice, FL training house and last campus visited on your chosen tour leg. (ex: Venice or W.S to Baxley, GA to Palmetto, GA.) Upon request, 121 Inc. will assist your group in making van rental reservations to insure you receive the most dependable and budget friendly options available.

We would discourage the use of tour bus companies as our schedule and accommodations are not tour bus driver friendly.

How Can We Raise Money To Pay The Registration Fees?

That is up to you. (We only ask that you keep it legal and ethical!)––joking aside…. Any group fundraisers you might think of should do fine; i.e. dinners, car washes, etc. You might consider a Facebook fundraiser (or other online social media platform). You may also send support letters––individual or corporate (a sample home tour support letter is available upon request).

IMPORTANT NOTE: 121 does not accept gifts for individual team members coming with your group. If your church or group has a tax exempt status, feel free to use it to accept gifts on the behalf of your group members. ***While 121 Inc. does accept gifts to support the Circle Journey, it does not receive gifts on behalf of individuals––any gifts sent directly to our office will be allocated to the General Home Tour Fund.

ADDITIONAL NOTE: Exceptions to this can be made as the need arises and 121 administration is able to handle it. These options can be discussed in person with 121 leadership.

How Do We Pay The Registration Fee?

Both the deposit and balance are paid with a single check to 121 Inc. from your church or group. (Your team members will hand their individual deposits and balances to your group or church.)

WHAT TO EXPECT ON TOUR

LOTS OF HURRY UP AND WAIT

Inconvenience––hard work––lots of praying––lots of singing––lots of worshiping––lots of friending––opportunities for loving––giving––receiving––listening––observing––sharing

Lodging

IT DEPENDS on the leg you’ve chosen and what’s happening at the campuses we are visiting. This may mean a gym floor and an air mattress––sometimes, it is blessing and may be in a cottage with a bed. It may mean cold showers in the pool bath house––we don’t always know until we arrive. At the very least, we can promise you a place to get clean and lay your head indoors at the end of each day.
